"Last year I separated from a long term relationship around March 2010. I had gone out to a couple of bars and met a couple of people, but no one that I really hit it off with. I had spent a long time in counterproductive behaviours not going out much, and not doing much at all.
One day I was sitting at work on my lunch break, and I did a Google search for introductory services in Brisbane. One of the results that I found was the site for InviteU2.com.au. I signed up as a full member and paid my membership. I had a look through the list of events that were being held soon. There were several events for drinks and meals. I went to a couple of these, but there was no one that I really had any connection with. Not losing any hope, I went to a couple more events. One of the next events I went to was the 5 Course Degustation at Claret House in their restaurant Grasshopper on 10th October. This is where I met Teresa. She was a beautiful, stunning young lady that caught my eye. She held herself very confidently and seemed very sure of herself, but not too much, which really attracted me. She was tall with medium length blonde hair. There were several other people there who seemed very nice as well. Due to being a meal type event, I wasn't sitting near Teresa at the start of the evening but after the first course I was able to move down her end of the table.

We started talking and we seemed to hit it off a little bit but nothing happened from there. Then on 18th November, Temora held the Social Networking night at the Zuri Bar. I went along, but was not thinking that I would meet anyone that night. I saw Teresa sitting across the room and she saw me. Seeing Teresa's face lit my face up like a light bulb. We spoke over the breaks and then again after the meeting had finished. We decided that we would like to go out for some coffee and cake afterwards, so we went down the street and had a really nice night.
We exchanged numbers and then caught up to go out for dinner and to the movies. Teresa came into the city one night after work and we had dinner together. I had organised to get a rose for her at lunchtime and surprised her.

We have become very close friends and our relationship is developing nice and strongly. I am very very thankful for what Temora and InviteU2 has offered Teresa and I as we would not have found each other if not for InviteU2. InviteU2 has indirectly made me so happy by giving me the opportunity to meet Teresa, and for us to grow to where we are now, and who knows where the future takes us. Scott"
